Installation Case Study – Milan Design Bronze Award-Winning Exhibition Staircase

In June 2021, as summer approached, our company officially launched the highly anticipated Canadian exhibition staircase project. Focused on innovative design, this project demonstrated exceptional potential from the outset, marking a significant milestone in our staircase manufacturing expertise. Today, let’s take a behind-the-scenes look at its journey from concept to completion.

The client initially shared site photos and sought our recommendations for a suitable design. We promptly proposed a double-layer steel plate staircase, renowned for its structural advantages in spacious settings. Crafted from premium steel using a dual-layer lamination process, it ensures exceptional load-bearing safety while exuding a sleek, modern industrial aesthetic. The bold metal lines and floating design complement open-plan spaces, infusing a contemporary edge through the material’s refined texture. Moreover, the double-layer construction significantly enhances stability and durability, achieving a perfect balance of form and function—a true exemplar of modern interior staircase

Beyond detailing the staircase’s technical merits, we curated a selection of completed project images to showcase our craftsmanship. Each photo highlighted our factory’s precision work, allowing the client to witness our exacting standards firsthand.

Impressed by our expertise, the client moved forward with confidence. Within a month of meticulous refinements, we finalized the custom double-layer steel plate staircase design.

From raw steel plates to the finished product, we rigorously controlled every step—precision cutting, welding, polishing, and more. Our engineering team conducted full-scale trial assemblies and endurance tests to ensure seamless component integration. To involve the client in quality assurance, we provided multi-angle HD trial assembly videos, live photos, and remote video inspections, incorporating their feedback for final adjustments. 

Only after the client’s full approval did we proceed with specialized shock-proof packaging and shipping, adhering to strict craftsmanship protocols to guarantee flawless execution of the design vision.

After a month-long ocean transit, the staircase safely arrived at the client’s site. Installed by our professional team, it landed perfectly—the double-layer steel structure delivered the anticipated robustness, with every weld point faithfully replicating the original design. The client was thoroughly satisfied with the result.
